After walking across the stage years ago to joyfully collect her collegiate degree, Natasha walked right down a winding path that would challenge her, shape her, and lead her to almost two decades of a highly successful and demanding career. Her natural desire to learn, and work hard, allowed her to steadily climb the corporate ladder. Eventually, she found herself as a Senior Territory Sales Manager at a major Fortune 500 company where she could merge her scientific background with her extroverted nature. She was tired and stressed, but successful. Until, that is, the tragic loss of her newborn son upended her idea of what being “successful” truly meant--and what “work-life balance” truly meant. This traumatic event led to a changed perception of the business world, sales industry, and of life in Natasha’s eyes. She began sorting out the pieces and asking herself the hard questions.

This personal, and very intense, Q&A resulted in her new path—and a new drive to help other individuals find the entrepreneurial and meaningful success they desired. Whether out of tragedy, financial failure, or life-altering indecision, Natasha helps others find motivation and clarity.

After 16 years in corporate sales and management, she also works with corporations & entrepreneurs whose paths have become a “numbers” game. This habit, in Natasha’s experience, is an excellent way to lose the “heart” of the message being related and the start of an exhausting routine of “hustling” towards profit. This realization inspired Passion Project to Purpose, a freedom-filled program designed to help people create a life of meaning and impact—without the need to be an expert or coach.

She is living proof that dreams don’t have expiration dates. She loves to share her story, what she has learned about resilience and reinvention, and how anyone can take that first step to build a life that genuinely fits who they are.

In 2022 his wife’s company went under the day before Thanksgiving - a company that paid the bills as he was building a multifamily real estate portfolio in Pittsburgh. And as he approached one of the most important years of our lives - having to pay for our wedding, his honeymoon, a new house, our daily lives and a newly purchased vacation rental property with a huge overhead staring us in the face, he had to make lots of money, very fast.

Through land investing he was able to “build the plane on the way down,” as he and wife were plummeting toward what seemed like inevitable bankruptcy. He was able to pay for my life, and more - and set his family up for financial stability. Realizing financial stability and ultimately - financial freedom, is possible through land investing.

In his first book, “The Great Transition – the personalization of finance is here” published in September 2022, Emmanuel outlines how the banking industry will evolve from being focused on platform technologies to a level of personalization never seen before. He describes the roles of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, gaming and other technologies in this transition. The book was written to help disruptor technologies in finance chart their course.

The book features forewords written by former congressman Barney Frank, the co-author of the Dodd-Frank Act legislations that regulates the financial industry in the US today and Richard Sandor, an innovator widely regarded as the “father of financial futures”.

His writings are also based on his extensive travel to more than 110 countries, and counting. He posts regularly on his blog and is working towards his second book which is tentatively entitled “The Winning Civilization” and due for publication in 2024.

As an entrepreneur, he was previously a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), a prestigious grouping of young business owners worldwide.

Emmanuel was trained as a lawyer, has degrees from the National University of Singapore and the University of London, and attended a course on economics at Columbia University in New York. He travels widely and divides his time between Singapore, Beijing and New York.

In this episode of the Road to Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to Rich Moyer. Rich started his career in the golf industry becoming a PGA Professional at 22. He realized he was on the wrong side of the counter so he got into sales which led him to starting his first business in 2014 at the age of 26. Rich grew this business quickly and sold it in February of 2017. In the summer of 2016, he opened a homemade ice cream shop with two of his best friends and they have expanded to 6 locations and are opening 3+ additional locations in 2024.

After the sale of his first company Rich used some of the proceeds to open Hoppin' and most of it to invest in real estate. The first Hoppin' location opened December 2017, he then opened the second concept, Pinhouse, in August 2019 and third location, Hoppin', in March 2020. After the pandemic Rich and his team began the franchise process for Hoppin' and launched fully in September 2022. Since launching in September 2022 Hoppin' has secured 8 licenses between Dallas, TX, Fort Worth,TX, Nashville, TN, Franklin, TN, Matthews, NC, and Rock Hill, SC with a strong pipeline of candidates across the country. Rich also invests in commercial real estate, owns a media company and his wife owns Lovely Bride franchises in Miami, FL and Charlotte, NC. Rich and his wife welcomed their first child in August 2023

In just a few short months, Jay raised $2,150,000 in private money. Despite initially cursing his banker, Jay now thanks him. Jay's unique system allows him to enjoy 7-figure profits year after year. He also has the freedom to work less than 10 hours per week in his real estate investing business by leveraging the power of automation.

To fund the growth of his company in 2018, Aidan obtained a $940K+ convertible loan note. Then COVID-19 struck, and by the end of 2021, Natterjack had low cash reserves, international market sales were almost non-existent, and the Irish market was simply too small to sustain the business.

To make matters worse, the convertible loan note holder also wanted their money, and Aidan couldn't pay it back. This resulted in a legal battle that ended with the court ruling in Aidan's favor, ending an attempted hostile acquisition and possible closure of Natterjack.

In this episode of the Road to Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to Graeme Carling. Graeme is a true business success story. From humble upbringings v. Those early experiences ignited a spark in Graeme who would go on to work his way into well-paid managerial positions, but it was never enough. Graeme always wanted to work for himself, and in spite of his initial failed forays into business ownership, he was always destined for entrepreneurialism. Jeffrey is the founder of Equine Biomechanics & Exercise Physiology (EQB), which helps HNWI and entrepreneurs looking to get into the horse racing business pick and manage young, unraced thoroughbred horses who may then become champions.

Jeffrey has spent millions, including $7M+ of his own money, researching and refining the science of picking a champion racehorse for 4+ decades and grown EQB to be one of the USA's leading talent scout buyers for young unraced thoroughbred horses.

They helped one of their clients go from start-up to being the leading USA racing stable in 4 years with a profit! This was even before the client made $50M+ from a racehorse they selected that won several world championships and became the first Triple Crown winner in 37 years. Several other clients have also had world champions.

Jeffrey disrupted the horse racing industry by developing a quantitative approach to finding the best racehorses, much of which has now been widely copied. His approach pre-dates, and is similar to, the one depicted in the Brad Pitt movie Moneyball, in which Pitt analyzes baseball players using biometric measurements at rest and while running, as well as the type of equations and statistics to demonstrate their value and project their potential accomplishments. The data includes slow motion films, organ scans, DNA markers etc.

With a career spanning from 1984 to 2013, Andrew was the Co-Owner, Dean of Fashion Business, and Instructor at Fashion Careers of California.

In addition to his fashion expertise, Andrew is a Certified Tax Preparer, managing his own tax preparation service, Stress Free Tax Prep, since 1996. He holds a Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning.

Andrew is known for his creativity, leadership, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork. These qualities have been instrumental in his success and ongoing contributions to both the fashion and financial sectors.
