This leads to the majority of men not knowing how to understand their own emotions or the emotions of the people around them. As an emotional and empathetic man, I find it sad to see other men being called "weak" or "too feminine" for expressing how they feel. I know I may be seen as weak or unorthodox for speaking upon this unpopular opinion, but I stand by it firmly. As a human being, you are allowed to express ALL emotions there are. Simple as that. Depression can be crippling. It makes you feel like no matter what you do, nothing works. But I'm here to say this. Don't let depression win. Depression WILL NOT beat you. You are a warrior, a fighter, someone that is going to bring about change. Don't forget that. Depression can be crippling. It makes you feel like no matter what you do, nothing works. But I'm here to say this. Don't let depression win. Depression WILL NOT beat you. You are a warrior, a fighter, someone that is going to bring about change. Don't forget that. If you're feeling low right now, I hope that this depression motivational video impacts you in a positive way. I hope it shows you that you can achieve anything you put your mind to, REGARDLESS of your depression.

I have anxiety (rapid thinking in particular), and I can't tell you the amount of times I didn't do something because I was afraid. Taking the first step towards anything is scary. It's SCARY. What if goes wrong? What if people don't like it? What if.. what if... I think we're asking ourselves the wrong question. What happens if I never start? We know the answer to that. Nothing changes. We don't move forward in our lives or grow the way we really want to.
I'm not perfect. I always get scared to take the first step. But my fear of doing nothing and getting nowhere is even stronger. Years had gone by before I started this YouTube channel. I wish I started it sooner.... But if I can get over my fear of taking my first step, you can to. I truly believe that after you watch this, not only will it show you, you aren't alone, but it will give you that small push you need to start.
